We develop automated optical sensing systems, in which accurate movement and constant/uniform artificial lighting are key research priorities.

​

In agriculture, "actuating" drones may spray pesticides and/or deliver and dispense natural enemies. In collaboration with engineers, we research ways to automate and optimize drone-based dispensing of natural enemies.
